- Methodology for Splitting Long-Term Cross-Zonal Capacity in Accordance with Article 16 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 Establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation. Approved by the Public Utilities Commission on January 9, 2020.
- Commission Regulation 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management lays down detailed guidelines on cross-zonal capacity allocation and congestion management in the day-ahead and intraday markets, including the requirements for the establishment of common methodologies for determining the volumes of capacity simultaneously available between bidding zones, criteria to assess efficiency and a review process for defining bidding zones. - Proposal regarding the multiple NEMOs arrangements in the Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian bidding zone. This methodology with amendment in Article 15(2) was approved by the Public Utilities Commission on January 24, 2019;
- All Baltic CCR TSOs’ common methodology for coordinated redispatching and countertrading in accordance with Article 35 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management. - Commission Regulation 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation. This Regulation lays down detailed guidelines for the purpose of safeguarding operational security, frequency quality and the efficient use of the interconnected system and resources.
