The Board of JSC "Augstsprieguma tīkls" (AST) has four members, who are elected by the AST Supervisory Board for a term of five years. The Board of AST functions on the basis of the Regulations of the Board, the AST articles of association, the Law on the Governance of Capital Shares of a Public Person and Capital Companies, the Commercial Law and other laws and regulations applicable to AST. The chairman and members of the AST Board receive remuneration, annual bonuses, and withdrawal benefits for their work, in accordance with the Law on Governance of Capital Shares of a Public Person and Capital Companies.
The members of the AST Board do not own shares of JSC "Augstsprieguma tīkls" or JSC "Conexus Baltic Grid".
