The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) on 27 November 2025 approved the electricity transmission tariffs of Latvia’s transmission system operator AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.

All tariffs are shown excluding value added tax.
In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 635 of 7 November 2023 “Electricity Trading and Use Regulations”, Clause 63.9, the charge for reactive energy when tgφ is greater than 0.4 (cosφ is less than 0.929) is EUR 0.004/kVArh, and in accordance with Clause 65, the charge for reactive energy supplied to the TSO network is EUR 0.013/kVArh.
