Latvian transmission system operator JSC "Augstsprieguma tīkls" at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders has decided to increase the share capital of the company by EUR 25,702,577 in accordance with the share capital regulations approved by the shareholder.

The invested funds will be used to make the necessary investments, including the synchronization project with the Continental European network.
