On November 13th, the Baltic transmission system operator – AS "Augstsprieguma tīkls", Elering AS and Litgrid AB (Baltic TSOs) – held an online seminar for market participants of the Baltic balancing markets. The focus of the seminar was market surveillance. Participants received up-to-date information and answers to questions about market surveillance in the Baltic balancing markets. These markets include the mFRR energy reserve market via the MARI platform, the aFRR energy reserve market via the PICASSO platform and the FCT, mFRR, and aFRR capacity reserve markets via the Baltic capacity market.
